"The Hulk" is a 1500 G.P.M  Engine Pumper with a 750 Gallon tater tank and a mid mounted pump panel. The engine holds up to five pack men and a driver. This is our primary apparatus for buildings and dwellings. 614 rotates every other month with 613 as first out the door piece.

  Grumman/Simon Duplex Fire Cat
  1991

"The War Wagon" is a 1750 G.P.M Rescue Engine Pumper with a 750 gallon water tank with rear mounted pump and a  five man cab. This apparatus is first due to motor vehicle accidents and carries appropriate amounts of oil dry, cribbing and a portable hydraulic pump for extrication tools. 613 rotates with 614 every other month as first piece out the door.

612 is a 1500 G.P.M Engine Pumper with a 500 gallon water tank and a mid mounted pump panel. This unit is AWD making it capable of getting off road, and hard to get to spots. 612 is the first due apparatus to all trash, brush and wildland fires as well as wires and trees down.

 617 is used to transport extra manpower and supplies to and from calls and extra duty assignments. This Utility also has the ability to tow our marine unit.  617 is a 5 man super crew cab.

Marine 6-1

  Carolina Skiff
 

A 16 foot flat bottom with a 75 horse power mercury outboard motor. This marine unit is utilized in the main of waterways such as the Delaware River in search and recovery efforts. The flat bottom is an essential tool in the narrow passageways of the main creeks the stretch off the Delaware River.

Marine 6-1A

 In 2012 Thorofare purchased this 9ft inflatable Zodiac row boat for the purpose of the narrow waterways in which the flat bottom boat has no access. This boat will hold two members to conduct search and rescue of these narrow waterways. The zodiac has been outfitted with a 25 horse power out board motor.

  GMC
  1970

 A 1970 GMC, Broadman 750gpm pump was taken out of service and replaced in 1981 by the current 613.The '70 was purchased by Firefighter Ched Baker and currently still owned by him.

  Ward- Lafrance
  1974
 1974 Ward-LaFrance replaced in 1996 by the current 614. In 2012, the owner of the Ward-LaFrance passed away and the owners spouse attempted to return 614 and other pieces of apparatus to their original companies. Thorofare received the '74 Ward-LaFrance at the cost of a tow truck. 614 is currently stored in the "pole barn."

  GMC Pierce MIDI Pumper
  1982

This piece of apparatus was replaced by the current 612 (Seagrave International) in 2007. This apparatus was sold at auction by the Township of West Deptford.

Command 6100

  Ford Expedition
  2001

 This vehicle was used by the chief or acting chief to respond to calls, and utilized the vehicle as  command post. Command 6100 was place out of service and retired in 2012 due to mechanical issues.

  Dodge Power Wagon
  1965
 617 is a 1965 Dodge Power Wagon, which was originally donated by Huntsman. Members of Thorofare Volunteer Fire Company came together and worked to install tools, warning lights and sirens. The '65 Power Wagon was later sold. In 2012, the owner of the power wagon passed away and the owners spouse attempted to return 617 and other pieces of apparatus to their original companies. Thorofare received the '65 Power Wagon at the cost of a tow truck. 617 was then later sold.
